Today our client base for component electrodeposition (ED) includes approximately more than 100 companies throughout the car and scooter, electronic, hardware, national and international high-tech, quad bike, sport and medical device industries. Our flawless coating devices include: ED devices which offer a selection of colors (including gold, black, misty black, white, red, gray, and transparent); liquid coating devices; and powder coating devices. Our customer service team at Yungchia Xing constantly maintains its entrepreneurial ambitions while also holding fast to its belief in honesty, innovation, speed and R&D. Yungchia Xing received its ISO-9001 certification in 1997. Our processed products underwent testing and were found to be able to withstand over 500 hours of salt spray testing (actual results vary in accordance with the fixture’s surface characteristics; maximum tolerance exceeds 1,000 hours.) At the same time, we also insist on using non-poisonous raw materials for our coatings to help our clients get a foothold in the global green consumer marketplace.

Our company underwent an audit by the Environmental Protection Bureau, and after successfully meeting all of the standards set out in the Implementation Rules for Air Pollution Control Act and the Water Pollution Control Act, Yungchia Xing obtained permits for the operation of a stationary source of pollution and water pollution prevention. This will help our clients to get a foothold in the global green consumer marketplace.
